What I am Thankful For

During this holiday season it is traditional to go over what you are really thankful for and reflect. Each year I put it off a little and don’t really reflect like I should. But with recent events being as they are, I decided that now more than ever I need to reflect on what I have rather than what I don’t have.

First and foremost I am thankful for my supportive husband. We just got married this year but we have been together for almost 9 years and each year I love him even more. He has been of great support during my recent job loss and his positive outlook as meant so much to me.

Next my family. I have a support structure in my family that although not perfect, they are there for me and I appreciate their love. I can’t wait to see them all this Thanksgiving.

My friends, during times like this you learn which friends are authentic and actually think of you the same way you think of them. The support of friendly laughter, a good story or a friendly hug make each day easier than the next. I know that my support system is something that can be envied. I am thankful for the knowledge that if even harder times come I will have people around me who care and want to help.

I finally am very thankful to you my readers. You help keep my work going and to know that you enjoy what I am putting out there gives me great pride. I don’t have a ton of follows like some blogs, but I am thankful for each of you and your support through the years.

I hope everyone has a great holiday this Thanksgiving and I will see ya’ll back here on Friday!

Happy Turkey Day!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Thanksgiving.

It is the beginning of the holiday shopping season and I know all etsy sellers are getting ready for the selling season. Today on the Today Show that today may be the busiest online shopping day of the season! Now I'm not sure if this is correct. I heard that the busiest days are the 12th and the 13th of December. And then there is the every talked about Cyber Monday.

I will be running some sales this Holiday season( like most everyone). So please stay tuned. I hope to be posting daily.

Enjoy your turkey!
Have a Wonderful Shopping Season!
