Getting Rid of Sugar

About 8-9 months ago my boyfriend and I moved to Akron Ohio from Columbus. We both graduated from Ohio State and were completely immersed in the college lifestyle( ie overeating and drinking). When we moved our lifestyles completely changed.

It is extremely true! Fast food makes you fat!

I have lost over 20 lbs and my boyfriend has lost over 30! How did we do this??

It was so simple. We stopped eating fast food. Okay we didn't cut it out complete but we decreased out intake by about 95%. I have not been to a McDonald's in about 8 months. I feel soo much better than I have in about 5 years.

We also have cut our Pop/Soda drinking. Almost all pops have sugar in them and can lead to weight gain and increase your risk of diabetes. I have both types of diabetes in my family so I have an increased risk and adding more sugar to by body than what it needs to function is quite frankly stupid on my part. Also when I do have a pop (which is about once every other month, if that); it tastes soo much better! As well as increasing your weight, pop also expands your waist line( DIET POP TOO). The sugar and carbonation cause bloating.

Just decreasing these two items from my daily routine have made me feel soo much healthier! Any decrease in your intake of fake food such as fast food and pop, can and will make you feel better and healthier. It takes effort to say no, but in the long run it is soo rewarding!

I hope you try what we have done! And Good Luck!

Way to go!
I've cut out my night-time snacking and have lost 7 pounds.
It's amazing how much calories a few chips ad up to!
